蠕動泵控制軟件的技術(shù)及應(yīng)用

(1)無污染,流體只接觸甭管,不接觸泵體,不會產(chǎn)生相互污染;(2)精度高,流量精度可小于±1%而且不會受介質(zhì)粘度變化的影響;(3)低剪切力,是輸送剪切敏感、侵蝕性強(qiáng)流體的理想工具;(4)密封性好,具有良好的自吸能力,可空轉(zhuǎn),可防止回流;(5)維護(hù)簡單,無閥門和密封件。近年來,蠕動泵技術(shù)迅速發(fā)展,已大量應(yīng)用于實(shí)驗(yàn)室和工業(yè)生產(chǎn),如化工、制藥和生物、制陶、水處理以及食品飲料行業(yè)等。 蠕動泵多配有與計(jì)算機(jī)的接口,采用計(jì)算機(jī)控制,可方便蠕動泵的使用。 對蠕動泵的控制可以分為本地面板操作和計(jì)算機(jī)控制。本地面板操作是指通過蠕動泵面板上的按鍵設(shè)置蠕動泵的各個(gè)參數(shù)以及運(yùn)行狀態(tài),從而達(dá)到對蠕動泵的本地控制的目的。計(jì)算機(jī)控制是指通過計(jì)算機(jī)串口與蠕動泵相連,采用專門的控制軟件對其進(jìn)行控制。 蠕動泵控制軟件是在Visual studio 2008環(huán)境下,采用微軟土工的MFC基礎(chǔ)類庫開發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。蠕動泵控制軟件具有手動操作和自動控制兩種操作模式。手動操作模式是指在軟件界面上手動設(shè)置泵運(yùn)行模式(比如單純的流速模式、定時(shí)模式、定量模式、時(shí)間間歇模式、體積間歇模式以及體積+預(yù)設(shè)時(shí)間模式等)、方向、流速、時(shí)間、循環(huán)次數(shù)等參數(shù),在這種操作模式下可實(shí)現(xiàn)泵的所有控制方式及狀態(tài)查詢。自動控制模式是指根據(jù)實(shí)際需要,將泵的運(yùn)行方式存儲在配置的文件中,加載此文件后,程序自動發(fā)送相應(yīng)的一系列控制命令,以達(dá)到過程控制的目的,配置文件格式采用INI格式。 (1) no pollution, fluid contact don't tube only, do not touch the pump body, won't produce pollution each other; (2) the high precision and accuracy of flow can be less than + / - 1% and would not be affected by medium viscosity change; (3) low shear force, is the ideal shear sensitive, strong corrosive fluid tools; (4) the good sealing, good self-priming ability, may idling, can prevent the reflux; (5) simple maintenance, no valve and seal. Control of the peristaltic pump can be divided into local panel operation and computer control. Local panel operation refers to through the buttons on the peristaltic pump panel set all parameters of the peristaltic pump and running state, so as to achieve the purpose of the local control of the peristaltic pump. Computer control is to point to by computer serial port is connected to a peristaltic pump, using special control software to control it. Peristaltic pump control software is in Visual studio 2008 environment, using Microsoft's geotechnical MFC foundation class library development. Peristaltic pump control software has manual and automatic control of two operating modes. Manual operation mode is to point to manually pump operation mode in the aspect of software (such as a simple velocity model, time model, quantitative models, time interval, the intermittent mode volume and volume + preset time pattern, etc.), direction, velocity, time, cycle times, parameters, such as in this operating mode can realize all pump control mode and state of the query. Automatic control mode refers to according to actual needs, the operating mode of pump is stored in the configuration file, to load the file, the program automatically send a series of corresponding control commands and to achieve the purpose of process control, configuration file format using INI format.
